Pete Orlando CPA - Pete graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1996. He has over 30 years of public accounting experience and serves on the Board of Directors for various local associations and clubs.

Shalane Orlando - Shalane graduated with honors from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She has over 27 years of accounting & tax experience and has been with our firm for 19 years. Shalane heads up our bookkeeping division and is competent in all areas of tax, accounting and payroll and is a key employee to our firm.

Ashley Lemmenes - Ashley joined our firm in 2006 as a full-time bookkeeper.  She comes from a family of CPA's and has worked most of her adult life in public accounting. In 2017, Ashley switched to a part-time and currently handles payroll for several of our clients.

Jacki Ness - Jacki joined our firm in 2020 as our head bookkeeper. Shes focuses mainly on bookkeeping for our business clients, including handling sales tax and payroll processing, but she also is an important asset to our firm with her extensive office management knowledge.  Prior to joining our team, Jacki worked in private accounting, office management and sales positions for over 25 years.  Her knowledge and professionalism made it a seamless transition from the private to public sector.

Mikayla Thurman - Mikayla joined our firm in summer 2023 as our front office assistant and bookkeeper in training. Her prior administrative experience helps the operations of our front office run as smooth as possible. Mikayla is very friendly, willing to assist in any way she can and is a quick learner which is integral to our team.

Logan Orlando - Logan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting.  He has successfully passed all four parts of the CPA exam and only needs a few more classes to become a licensed Florida CPA.  He is a fast learner and comfortably picking up "real life" accounting and tax skills and we look forward to seeing him blossom in the industry.
